7 New Ways to Optimize Facebook Advantage Plus Campaign

Meta Advantage+ ads are changing constantly. 

These are the seven most recent changes in the Advantage Plus campaign to improve the conversion rate.

1. Advantage+ creative optimizations

Now, we can automatically optimize video ads to fit Reels or the mobile Facebook and Instagram apps with a 9:16 aspect ratio. We can also generate multiple ad variations dynamically, tailoring them to each individual’s preferences.

2. Advantage+ catalog ads update

We can now include branded videos/ customer demonstrations instead of just static images.

3. Hero images in catalog ads

We can now upload a hero image to the center of the Advantage+ catalog ads. These images will be dynamically shown to people based on CR.

4. Influencer marketing in Performance Marketing

Meta is introducing Shop ads to Partnership ads, enabling businesses to run collaborative campaigns with creators, brands, or other businesses.

5. Reminder ads

Advertisers can now incorporate external links to new products or sales in their Reminder ads, enhancing the potential to convert interest into purchases.

6. Promo codes

Meta is introducing alphanumeric promo codes to allow more advertisers to showcase their promotions through Facebook and Instagram ads.

7. Ads with product tags expansion

 For this month, Meta is introducing ads with product tags to the Facebook Feed (currently available only on Instagram). Next month, Meta will globally launch ads with product tags for all businesses, regardless of whether they have a Shop.
